We want you to love what you receive. Since every Upcyclista bag is handmade from unique, one-of-a-kind upcycled fabrics, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing, materials, or appearance.

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we'll do our best to make it right — whether that's an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please note that because each piece is truly unique, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement, but we'll always work with you to find a solution you're happy with.

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Because each bag is made to order from upcycled materials, we take a little extra time to make sure your piece arrives in perfect condition.

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
